The School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Senior Admissions Administrator to join our busy and friendly Admissions Department.

The postholder will deliver outstanding customer service to prospective families. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will use their initiative to be proactive when working autonomously, as well as enjoy working as part of a team. A flexible and organised approach to work is essential, as is a high level of IT proficiency, excellent attention to detail, a sense of humour and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a comprehensive induction and CPD programme for all levels of staff, competitive remuneration package, generous holiday entitlement and well-equipped facilities.

The work pattern during term time will be, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday including one hour unpaid lunch break. The remainder of hours will be worked during the holidays to fulfil an overall annual full-time contract of 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (exact work pattern can be discussed at interview).
