The School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager. The role will include welcoming and registering contractors to site, ordering supplies, organising laundry services and accepting and recording deliveries. The successful candidate will have a high degree of organisational ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases, are an essential for the role. The working hours will be 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per annum. This position is offered on a 12 months fixed term contract (maternity cover).
