The School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Matron to join one of our busy and friendly School Houses.
The Matron will work closely with the Housemistress/Master in ensuring the general well-being and supervision of pupils and smooth running of the House. Applicants will be friendly and able to work using their own initiative. Duties include pastoral care of pupils and administration under the direction of the Housemistress/Master as well as supervising the cleaning of the House. Applicants should be enthusiastic and approachable with a good knowledge of school life. Previous experience of working with children, strong communication and organisational skills and good IT skills are essential. The successful applicant will be expected to attend the School Inset Days at the end of August.
