St John’s School has an exciting vacancy for an enthusiastic and professional individual to play a key role in the busy HR team, delivering high quality HR support to the School as well as ensuring regulatory compliance with safer recruitment requirements. The post holder will have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills and will be a strong team player, capable of multi-tasking and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and knowledge of safer recruitment procedures is desirable but not essential. A 4 day working week may be considered (working 28 hours per week) which can be discussed at interview.
