The School is seeking to appoint a highly efficient and conscientious person to support the Examinations Officer. Candidates must have a strong background in administration with a high degree of computer literacy and excellent communication skills.  The successful candidate will be a strong team player, capable of prioritising tasks, working with minimal supervision and with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Hours of work will be approximately 10-12 hours per week across 34 weeks. During exam weeks (approximately 9 weeks per year) there would be a requirement for full time cover from 9.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.  Applicants must be willing to work very flexible hours which at peak times may be 35 hours per week.
