Executive Head Chef

St John’s is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Executive Head Chef with the flair to produce healthy nutritional meals. This is a challenging and varied position, providing core catering for the School community as well as fine dining for internal functions and external bookings.

40 Hours per week, year round with shift, evening and weekend work

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate high standards of food safety, allergen management and hygiene controls, with a proven track record of cost and budgetary management. The postholder will be a confident communicator, with the ability to lead and maintain a committed and engaged team of Chefs and Porters.  The postholder must be IT literate and possess strong organisational skills.

This position requires someone who is flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings where necessary.
