U18 England Rugby Selection for St John’s Pupil
St John’s prides itself on the sporting achievements of its pupils and Molly, a pupil in the Upper Sixth, has achieved new heights in her budding rugby career, having been selected to represent England’s Under 18 rugby squad.
In the coming months, Molly will be attending a number of England camps which will give her the exciting opportunity to not only improve her skills but also to be involved in a national set up. Molly commented that she is extremely proud of this achievement and is grateful to St John’s for the support and encouragement she has received.
On a local level, Molly is keeping the relationship between St John’s and Harlequins alive with her involvement in the senior women’s squad. Her skill and rugby potential has never been more apparent than when she scored five tries on her starting debut for Quins development team against Waterloo. Not satisfied with her achievements yet, Molly is also undergoing England Under 20 trials over the coming months and we wish her all the best.
