Fringe Musical - 'Songs For A New World' by Jason Robert Brown
Tuesday 18 January 2022 - Wednesday 19 January 2022
7.00pm to 8.30pm, Performing Arts Centre

‘Songs For A New World’ is a musical theatre song cycle written and composed by Jason Robert Brown.  With a vibrant and energetic score the show takes us on a journey through important moments in American history and in the lives of individuals where life-changing decisions have been made in the blink of an eye.  As the opening of the show says ‘It is about one moment, the moment before all becomes clear’.  30 pupils from the Lower School to the Sixth Form will be presenting this semi-staged production which promises to make you laugh, cheer and cry.

We hold a programme of lunchtime recitals during the Spring Term which offers a number of opportunities to enjoy the variety of musical talent at St John’s. No booking required.
