COMMUNITY HOLIDAY DINNER

Saturday 27 April from 7.00-11.00pm  
Venue: The Dining Room
We are delighted to be holding this event to raise funds for the annual St John’s Community Holiday.  The evening will include a two-course meal of curry and cheesecake, a quiz, games, raffle, live music and a cash bar. When booking a ticket, please advise of any dietary requirements and inform us if there are others you would like to share a table with.

ST JOHN'S SUMMER CONCERT

usical feast of works by Walton, Mozart and Britten.  

Thursday 2 May, 7.00 - 8.00pm.
Venue: Chapel

The combined forces of the St John’s Chapel Choir, Choral Society, Schola Cantorum and Sinfonia provide a diverse programme including Walton’s ‘Crown Imperial’, Mozart’s ‘Spatzenmesse’ and culminating in a performance in Britten’s cantata for school children, St Nicolas. Click here to book.
 

MAY DAY SUMMER ROCK CONCERT

Tuesday 7 May, 7.00 - 8.30pm.
Venue: Performing Arts Centre. 

The final chance this year to hear the vast array of talent among St John’s Rock, Pop and contemporary musicians; guaranteed to get your foot tapping. This will be an excellent way to say thank you to those members of Rock Groups leaving St John’s this year.  Click here to book.
 

MUSICAL THEATRE MASTERCLASS AND RECITAL WITH ROSEMARY ASHE 

Wednesday 8 May, 4.10 - 8.00pm.
Venue: Old Chapel 

Olivier award nominee Rosemary Ashe is one of the most prolific and respected West End performers of our age. She started her career as an operatic soprano, before landing the role of Carlotta in the original cast of ‘The Phantom of the Opera’. This led to a glittering career as a leading actress and musical theatre star, performing in West End shows such as ‘The Witches of Eastwick’, ‘Mary Poppins’, ‘Oliver’ and ‘Les Miserables’. This is a fantastic opportunity to watch a leading exponent in musical theatre work closely with our pupils. Click here to book.
 

STRING QUARTET RECITAL

Venue: Old Chapel

This is the last opportunity to hear our first-rate String Quartet with its current members. Playing a diverse programme, this concert will be a fitting farewell tribute for an ensemble that we are justly proud of.  Click here to book.

LEATHERHEAD YOUTH PROJECT GALA EVENING

The third annual LYP Gala Evening, in support of young people throughout Leatherhead and Mole Valley. This event promises to be an incredible evening, where guests can wine and dine and enjoy the entertainment provided.  LYP is a local charity passionate about helping young people. CABARET MUSICAL THEATRE EVENING

Tuesday 18 June, 7.00 - 8.00pm.
Venue: Old Chapel. 

The Old Chapel will be converted for one night only into an intimate cabaret venue. St John’s pupils will perform a devised cabaret piece with an emotional story told through various songs from the musical theatre repertoire. It promises to be funny, heartwarming and moving. Click here to book.
