St John’s was founded in 1851 and is set in Leatherhead, in the beautiful Surrey countryside. We offer the advantages of close proximity to the town centre and excellent communications by road and rail: St John’s is just five minutes from junction 9 of the M25 and 45 minutes by train from central London.
The stunning mix of mid Victorian buildings and the recently built, state-of-the-art classroom building, the Henry Dawes Centre, instil a peaceful serenity when visiting St John’s. The School is keen to share its outstanding facilities with the wider community, which are available outside of school hours.
Our exceptional facilities include the beautifully renovated and restored Old Chapel, which stands prominently at the entrance to the School. The Old Chapel is a perfect venue for charity events, exhibitions, concerts, seminars and much more. For all enquiries, please email the Events Manager or call on 01372 231529.
St John’s hosts a number of exciting events each term. For further details click here.
