My St John's

OJ Events

The Development Department hosts a number of events over the year for our St John’s Community, and we would be delighted if you would like to join us on any of the occasions. Most recently we held one of our biggest alumni reunions of the year, OJ Saturday, which was a fantastic event and we are looking forward to our second reunion of the year, the OJ Dinner. We have also launched a number of professional networking groups and continue to run favourites such as the London Walk.

We have a lot coming up this year so make sure you have a read and stay up to date through our newsletters. If you have any event ideas we would love to hear them. Contact to let us know your thoughts or if you would like to know more about any of our upcoming events.

Please refer to the Arts and Events listings for details of other School events taking place.

1960s Leavers’ Reunion – 50 years on!

Saturday 11 February 2017

On Saturday, 11 February 2017 we will be holding a reunion at the School for all OJs who left St John’s between 1960 and 1969.

If you haven’t been back to St John’s for 50 years, now is the time to come. An exhibition of memorabilia from the decade of the 1960s will be open from 1pm in the Old Chapel, and you are welcome to come and wander around the School from then onwards. At 2pm we will be conducting a guided tour of the School which will take in all the developments since the 1960s, of which there are quite a few! Then at 3pm we will be holding a special tea back in the Old Chapel.

Can you spot yourself in the photograph below taken in 1967? The whole School photograph, as well as others from the 1960s will be on display. If you have any memorabilia from your school days, our School archivist, Sally Todd, will be attending the event and would love to see anything you might have and to talk to you about life at St John’s half a century ago.

So come and re-unite with old friends, and see how things have changed. Please let me know if you would like to attend. Email:
