St John's lost

This was the girls first ever match.

The girls looked very smart in their borrowed cricket whites – thank you to all the boys that lent their trousers! Amy Page captained the side and lead by example scoring 25 runs before she had to retire due to 25 being the maximum score allowed.

The side showed great spirit and determination and, after the nerves had settled, St John's proved that they had the skills to give Epsom a run for their money. An excellent start!
